About The Position

Kia of Leesburg, a member of the Morgan Auto Group, is looking to hire a Service BDC Agent. This role offers a team environment, great benefits, ongoing training and support, and a pay rate of up to $19 per hour, plus bonus, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Making follow up calls to customers
Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
Assist with administrative duties which include: Data Entry, Keeping Accurate Records, Organizing Files/Records, Cash Box responsibilities
Flexibility and adaptability— prepared to adapt to new challenges or unexpected obstacles, changing circumstances, and new information while completing tasks in a timely manner with high quality
