Nice To Haves

Previous BDC, call center, automotive, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Responsibilities

Answer incoming dealership and service department phone calls
Professionally transfer calls to the appropriate department or employee
Take accurate messages and ensure they are communicated promptly
Make outgoing calls to customers regarding their vehicle service needs
Contact customers to schedule service appointments
Follow up with customers and help generate additional service business
Assist customers with questions and provide a positive first impression of our dealership
Document customer interactions accurately in our systems
Work closely with Service Advisors, Managers, and the Service Department
Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude on every call
