About The Position

Kalidy Kia has a full-time position available for a Business Development Agent to work in our Business Development Center. The ideal candidate must be flexible with hours and will work some Saturdays. No automotive experience is required. The mission of our BDC agents is to help convert internet and phone leads into appointments through quick, unique, meaningful, and consistent follow-up. The BDC agent position requires strong communication skills via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Following and executing one's daily To-Do list in the CRM
• Constantly, efficiently, and effectively managing one's entire lead portfolio
• Making sure every lead is being handled as the follow-up process dictates
• Showing a sense of urgency in establishing contact and engagement of the customers
• Serving the customer with a friendly, upbeat, and customer-first attitude!
