Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online chat
- Schedule sales and service appointments
- Follow up with customers and keep communication flowing
- Help create an exceptional first impression for our dealership
- Work closely with our sales and service teams
- Keep customer information accurate and organized
