About The Position

We are looking for a Service BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for our service department by scheduling appointments, answering customer questions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Whether you have automotive experience or a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or a call center, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders and follow-up.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to keep the shop running efficiently.
• Meet daily goals for appointments and customer satisfaction.
