Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials, with capability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Basic computer proficiency for inventory management systems and ability to read and interpret packing slips and work orders
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate record keeping and transaction processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assignments in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse or materials handling experience
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Familiarity with logistics and warehouse management systems
  • Previous forklift/high-low operation experience
  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
  • Inventory control or supply chain background
  • Customer service experience in business-to-business settings

Responsibilities

  • Complete the Worker Safety Engagement process daily and maintain all required safety and operational documentation
  • Operate flatbed burden carriers and forklifts to transport materials throughout the facility, unload delivery vehicles, and prepare outbound shipments
  • Monitor Point of Use (POU) areas for empty bins and coordinate timely crib replenishment to support continuous production
  • Review packing slips, verify material counts, and process transactions accurately in the SAP system
  • Fill customer orders, verify balance on hand quantities, and report discrepancies to your Supervisor for resolution
  • Perform daily Workplace Organization (WPO) and cleaning of assigned work areas to maintain a safe, organized environment
  • Interface professionally with plant customers and team members to fulfill supply runs, label runs, and additional tasks as assigned
