Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Problem solver who is able to resourcefully overcome challenges
- Leadership qualities such as leading by example and supporting the success of team members
- Exhibit organization and prioritization skills to complete deliverables within deadlines while managing intermittent requests and interruptions
- Recognize and seek opportunities to learn more about products and processes to enhance Mackey’s customer experience
- Proficient in Windows based software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Maintain teamwork and diversity awareness by having an inclusive approach to working with customers and team members
- Willing to comply with pre-employment screening, which may include but not limited to, drug testing, reference verification and background check
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, cashier, accounting office and/or service desk experience, particularly in a retail setting
- Write and speak clearly, concisely and with tact in a variety of settings using effective communication skills; demonstrating empathy and respect for others at all times
- Experience leading a team or project
- Experience working in a bank or accounting firm
- Experience handling large sums of cash or other tender
