About The Position

For over 55 years, Mackey's has been Connecticut's trusted partner in helping families care for what matters most—their homes, pets, and farms. As a Service Associate, you'll be the vital connection between our customers and the solutions they need to succeed, whether they're caring for beloved pets, nurturing their gardens, or managing their farms. Every interaction you have shapes a customer's experience and success. You'll help a farmer find the right feed for their livestock, guide a pet owner to the perfect nutrition for their companion, or assist a gardener in selecting plants that will flourish in their yard. Your expertise and genuine care directly contribute to the health and happiness of families throughout Connecticut. You're not just selling products—you're supporting life. The pet food you recommend nourishes a family's beloved companion. The garden supplies you suggest help create spaces where families gather. The agricultural products you provide sustain local farms that feed our community. Your work has meaning that extends far beyond the transaction.
