Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Problem solver able to resourcefully overcome challenges
Leadership qualities (leading by example, supporting team members)
Organization and prioritization skills to complete deliverables within deadlines while managing intermittent requests and interruptions
Recognize and seek opportunities to learn more about products and processes to enhance Mackey’s customer experience
Proficient in Windows based software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Maintain teamwork and diversity awareness with an inclusive approach to working with customers and team members
Willing to comply with pre-employment screening (drug testing, reference verification, background check)

Nice To Haves

Customer service, cashier, accounting office and/or service desk experience, particularly in a retail setting
Ability to write and speak clearly, concisely and with tact in a variety of settings using effective communication skills; demonstrating empathy and respect for others at all times
Experience leading a team or project
Experience working in a bank or accounting firm
Experience handling large sums of cash or other tender
