This role actively supervises tellers at a branch location to ensure customer banking transactions are completed in a timely manner, sales opportunities are acted upon, and behavior is friendly and professional. The position supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of the Bank, complies with all organizational policies and procedures, and supports functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies. The Service Associate III will perform all duties of a Service Associate II, engage in consultative selling, supervise Service Associate activities, perform branch level audits, approve checks and deposits, balance the ATM, order and ship money, participate in the interviewing process, provide training and feedback to the Office Manager on performance reviews, participate in weekly team meetings, and communicate procedural changes to the staff.
