Requirements

• Passion for premium vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experience
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
• Valid and clean driver's license

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service customers, ensuring they feel welcome and informed.
• Coordinate vehicle intake and delivery, including basic documentation and handoffs
• Communicate with advisors to keep service timelines on track
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area and customer lounge
