About The Position

The Service Assistant at Ron Bouchard's will support the Service Manager in managing customer service inquiries and operational tasks within the automotive dealership’s service department. This role is key to ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient communication, and smooth service operations.

Requirements

Ability to communicate with customers via phone, email, or text.
Experience managing service leads and responding to inquiries about service pricing and scheduling.
Skill in providing recommendations and assistance for service needs.
Proficiency in answering and directing incoming calls.
Ability to manage and execute action plans to meet performance and satisfaction goals.
Experience entering warranty claims into computer systems.
Experience conducting follow-up communications for payments on extended warranties.

Responsibilities

Communicates with internet customers and prospects in a timely manner, utilizing their preferred method of communication (phone, email, or text), to address inquiries promptly.
Manages service leads by responding timely to inquiries regarding service pricing and scheduling.
Provides recommendations and assistance in locating or obtaining service based on customer requirements.
Answers incoming service calls, directing or transferring callers to the proper department/individual.
Manages and executes action plans consistent with defined standards of productivity to consistently meet performance and satisfaction goals.
Enters warranty claims into computer systems.
Conducts follow up communications for payments on extended warranties
