About The Position
This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth operation and an excellent guest experience, adhering to the company's Code S.E.R.V.E. standards. The Service Assistant supports servers and kitchen staff, assists with food preparation and dishwashing, maintains cleanliness of the dining areas and equipment, and manages table turnover and resetting. This position also involves communication between Front of House and Back of House, and ensuring the workspace is organized and stocked.

Responsibilities
- Creating an awesome guest experience using our Code S.E.R.V.E. standards
- Supporting servers and kitchen staff during busy shifts
- Prepping food and helping dishes get out fast and accurately
- Keeping lanes, equipment, and dining areas clean and guest-ready
- Turning tables, rolling silverware, and resetting spaces
- Making sure our guests feel extra welcome
- Communicating between Front of House and Back of House
- Staying organized, stocked, and ready for whatever the shift brings
