About The Position
This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment, focusing on creating an excellent guest experience. The Service Assistant supports servers and kitchen staff, assists with food preparation and timely order delivery, and maintains cleanliness of various areas. Key duties include managing table turnover, resetting dining spaces, welcoming guests, facilitating communication between Front of House and Back of House, and maintaining organization and stock levels.

Responsibilities
- Creating an awesome guest experience using our Code S.E.R.V.E. standards
- Supporting servers and kitchen staff during busy shifts
- Prepping food and helping dishes get out fast and accurately
- Keeping lanes, equipment, and dining areas clean and guest-ready
- Turning tables, rolling silverware, and resetting spaces like a pro
- Making sure our guests feel extra welcome
- Communicating between Front of House and Back of House
- Staying organized, stocked, and ready for whatever the shift brings
