Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service customers, ensuring they feel welcome and informed.
• Coordinate vehicle intake and delivery, including basic documentation and handoffs.
• Communicate with advisors to keep service timelines on track.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area and customer lounge.
