About The Position

Air Charter Service (ACS) is a leading air charter brokerage company that acts as an intermediary between clients and aircraft operators. The company serves a diverse clientele including high-net-worth individuals, Fortune 500 companies, governments, relief agencies, and sports & entertainment organizations. The Toronto office is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to support the Private Jets Director. This role involves providing high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing the chartering experience from inquiry to completion. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service, relationship building, and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Director with their client list.
  • Building relationships with Private Jet Operators to ensure suitable aircraft choices for clients' requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Confirming company procedures are followed methodically and chronologically to protect both ACS and the client.
  • Demonstrating an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process.
  • Managing charter bookings from inquiry to completion.
  • Flight watching/overseeing flight departures.
  • Building a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organization.
  • Making prompt, clear decisions that may involve tough choices or considered risks.
