Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a friendly smile and assist with check-in for service appointments.
- Aid service advisors and technicians in both the main shop and the express lube by organizing paperwork, updating records, and ensuring smooth communication with technicians and guests.
- Provide transportation options, answer guest inquiries, and ensure every guest feels valued and informed.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure used cars are serviced up to brand standards.
