About The Position

We are looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our customers at Bolton Ford. In this role, you’ll schedule service appointments, coordinate with the service team, and ensure every customer receives a seamless and positive experience from booking to vehicle drop-off. Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment scheduling or customer service within the automotive industry or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Positive attitude focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ontario G Driving License with clean abstract (required)

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments efficiently to optimize dealership operation
  • Greet clients professionally and assist with their scheduling needs
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the service team to coordinate customer visits
  • Follow up with clients to confirm upcoming appointments and gather feedback
  • Manage customer inquiries related to appointments via phone and email
  • Follow up with customers after service visits
  • Schedule appointments from call lists within the dealership customer database
