About The Position
Baxter Toyota of La Vista is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to assist, obtain, and retain customers by setting appointments for the Sales/Service teams of various Baxter dealerships. This role is crucial in ensuring consistent and reliable follow-up with the management team to increase business. The coordinator will also utilize a multi-line phone system to answer and direct calls to the appropriate personnel. Other responsibilities may be assigned by management. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
- Customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting, obtaining, and retaining customers by setting appointments for the Sales/Service teams of various Baxter dealerships.
- Ensuring consistent and reliable follow-up with management team on opportunities to increase business.
- Using a multi-line phone system to answer and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

- Flexible Work Schedule: Part-time; Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm and every 3rd Saturday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.
