Service and Measure Technician
About The Position
This is a hands-on field role that combines residential window measuring, light service and repair work, customer interaction, problem-solving, and inventory and project support. You’ll stay active and engaged in the field while stepping away from the demands of full-scale installation crews and constant heavy labor. Requirements
- Experience installing: Windows, Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Exterior home improvement products
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic technology and software
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Service technician experience
- Finish carpentry experience

Responsibilities
- Take accurate window measurements for residential homes
- Perform light service repairs on previous installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Complete minor repairs involving: Windows, Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Gutter protection, Insulation
- Replace sashes, screens, trim, caulking, and other components
- Inspect materials and products for quality and fit
- Enter measurements and job information into company software
- Maintain organized paperwork and service documentation
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory when needed
- Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners
