About The Position

This is a hands-on field role that combines residential window measuring, light service and repair work, customer interaction, problem-solving, and inventory and project support. You’ll stay active and engaged in the field while stepping away from the demands of full-scale installation crews and constant heavy labor. This role is ideal for experienced installers looking for a less physically demanding position with a stable, growing company that offers better work-life balance and advancement potential.

Requirements

• Experience installing: Windows, Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Exterior home improvement products
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic technology and software
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Service technician experience
• Finish carpentry experience
• Residential construction background
• Exterior remodeling experience
• Experience troubleshooting installation issues

Responsibilities

• Take accurate window measurements for residential homes
• Perform light service repairs on previous installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
• Complete minor repairs involving: Windows, Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Gutter protection, Insulation
• Replace sashes, screens, trim, caulking, and other components
• Inspect materials and products for quality and fit
• Enter measurements and job information into company software
• Maintain organized paperwork and service documentation
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory when needed
• Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners
