About The Position
Window World is seeking an energetic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Measure/Service Technician serving our Akron and Cleveland locations. Become part of the Moran family and help create exceptional, lasting experiences for our customers. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow in your role. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, with a starting salary based on experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience with replacement window and door installation preferred
- Positive attitude with an energetic, professional demeanor
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug test, including marijuana
Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of products, installation methods, and service techniques
- Accurate measuring of windows, bays, bows, patio doors, entry doors and storm doors
- Provide excellent communication and customer service
- Replace window sashes and parts and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
