About The Position

Kings Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a Service Advisor for a great position in dealership customer service. This role is responsible for selling repairs and related goods and services, handling warranty concerns, and interacting with customers in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, possess strong communication skills, and be a team-oriented individual committed to customer satisfaction. This dealership is very busy, requiring a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position offers significant income potential.

Requirements

• Current/recent experience as a Service Advisor at any level OR auto experience in areas such as express lube, customer service, vehicle repair, or sales
• Proven ability to multi-task
• Good computer skill set; able to work in CDK system daily with training
• High school graduate
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
• Must be 18 or older
