About The Position

Ray Laethem is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to Make Real Money and Keep Customers Happy. This is a high volume GM Dealership seeking a high-performance Service Advisor who is tired of the typical automotive service industry challenges. The dealership offers fast parts availability, over 100 courtesy vehicles to keep customers happy, dedicated specialized technicians, real commission upside on profitable maintenance and repair work, and a transparent team culture with daily performance tracking. The ultimate goal is to achieve the #1 NPS score in the country.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, or similar customer facing role
• Ability to multi-task and manage a busy schedule in a fast paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proficient with computer systems and software

Responsibilities
