About The Position
Ray Laethem is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to make real money and keep customers happy. This is a high-volume GM Dealership seeking a high-performance Service Advisor who is tired of dealing with factory issues and limited commission on warranty work. The dealership offers fast parts availability, over 100 courtesy vehicles, a dedicated electrical/software tech, and various other specialized technicians to ensure efficient service. The team culture is transparent, with daily number postings and celebrations of success. The goal is to achieve the #1 NPS score in the country.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, or similar customer facing role.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a busy schedule in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficient with computer systems and software.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on vehicle services and repairs.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns.
- Sell profitable maintenance, brakes, and suspension work.
