Requirements
- Experience in automotive service, heavy equipment, fleet maintenance, transportation, parts sales, or dealership operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven commitment to outstanding customer service
- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Commercial truck experience is helpful, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for service customers
- Creating and maintaining repair orders
- Communicating repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines
- Coordinating workflow between customers, technicians, and parts personnel
- Scheduling service work and maximizing shop productivity
- Monitoring repair progress and keeping customers informed
- Assisting with warranty administration and service documentation
- Supporting customer satisfaction and department performance goals
- Resolving customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Building long-term relationships with customers and fleet accounts
- Maintaining strong working relationships with coworkers and manufacturer representatives
