Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor (CDJR experience is a strong plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on CSI and revenue growth
- Familiarity with dealership systems and service operations
- Professional demeanor and a genuine passion for customer service
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and create a welcoming, professional experience
- Accurately assess service needs and clearly communicate recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Provide transparent updates and build trust throughout the service process
- Upsell services ethically while prioritizing customer needs
- Maintain detailed records and ensure a seamless workflow from write-up to delivery
