Responsibilities
- Greeting customers upon their arrival in the maintenance area
- Listening attentively to their vehicle concerns
- Conducting thorough inspections
- Proactively checking for recalls
- Retrieving crucial vehicle information
- Maintaining customer rapport by explaining estimates and providing daily updates
- Submitting documentation for warranty repair orders
- Handling customer relations on a per-need basis
- Verifying warranty and service contract coverage
- Preparing detailed repair orders
- Obtaining necessary approvals
- Monitoring repair work to ensure timely completion
- Reviewing completed jobs
- Collecting payments
- Efficiently closing out service orders
