Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers upon their arrival in the maintenance area
  • Listening attentively to their vehicle concerns
  • Conducting thorough inspections
  • Proactively checking for recalls
  • Retrieving crucial vehicle information
  • Maintaining customer rapport by explaining estimates and providing daily updates
  • Submitting documentation for warranty repair orders
  • Handling customer relations on a per-need basis
  • Verifying warranty and service contract coverage
  • Preparing detailed repair orders
  • Obtaining necessary approvals
  • Monitoring repair work to ensure timely completion
  • Reviewing completed jobs
  • Collecting payments
  • Efficiently closing out service orders
