About The Position

Audi Calabasas is looking for a motivated and adaptable Service Advisor / BDC Representative to join our team. We are seeking a “jack-of-all-trades” candidate who is eager to learn, assist where needed, and grow within the dealership environment.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to assist where needed

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service, BDC, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Interest in growing a long-term career in the automotive industry
