As an Entry Level Service Advisor / Service Assistant, you will support the service department by assisting customers, coordinating vehicle service appointments, communicating repair updates, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Requirements
- 1 year of previous automotive Service Advisor experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy dealership environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury automotive customer experience through professional communication and personalized service
- Coordinate service appointments, vehicle check-ins, repair orders, and customer updates with accuracy and efficiency
- Support service advisors and technicians by communicating vehicle concerns, warranty needs, and maintenance recommendations
- Maintain accurate customer and service records using dealership management software
- Promote premium maintenance services, OEM parts, and accessories while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process
