Leith Toyota has an outstanding opportunity for a Service Advisor to join their team! Our Service Advisor is responsible for serving as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department by maintaining customer satisfaction. This role involves greeting customers, determining service needs, obtaining authorization, writing up service needs, providing accurate estimates for cost and completion time, and communicating effectively with customers regarding repairs and maintenance. The Service Advisor must also have knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies, keep customers informed about their vehicle's prognosis, and handle appointment setting and telephone calls in a timely manner. Attending required training and department meetings is also part of the role.
