Requirements

Prior Service Advisor experience preferred
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a in a fast-paced environment
Sales mindset with a customer-first approach
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with dealership systems and repair order processes is a plus

Responsibilities

Performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.
