Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a private, franchise, or dealership setting
- A team player who prioritizes customer experience and satisfaction
- Process driven, detail-oriented with strong accountability and a sense of urgency
- Solid automotive service knowledge (technician background is a plus)
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician
- Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
- Write accurate, profitable, and complete repair orders based on both customer needs and technician recommendations
- Present inspection results with confidence to close work, build value, and maximize customer pay
- Drive strong customer pay labor per RO and gross performance
- Control timelines, approvals, and expectations
- Maintain exceptional CSI, retention, and revenue metrics
- Execute warranty and service processes with zero excuses
