Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll be the key point of contact for our customers.
• A passion for powersports, motorcycles, ATVs, or similar vehicles is a huge plus!
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or automotive/powersports industry preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a fun, hardworking team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and a can-do attitude when they come in for service.
• Listen carefully to understand the customer's needs and concerns about their powersports vehicles.
• Work closely with the service technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide clear, honest estimates and keep customers updated throughout the service process.
• Schedule appointments and manage service workflow to keep things running smoothly.
• Handle paperwork, process payments, and maintain accurate service records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that builds lasting relationships and loyalty.
