This role is ideal for advisors who know how to control a busy service drive without losing their cool, can communicate clearly with both customers and technicians, understand how to build value in recommended work, stay organized with repair orders, timelines, and follow-up, and want a high-volume environment where there’s real opportunity to earn. You’ll be working closely with technicians, parts, warranty, and service leadership every day.
