About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join their Service team at Mercedes Benz & Sprinter Bend. This role is crucial in serving clients and building lifelong service customers, acting as the first point of contact in the service department. The ideal candidate will possess high-level customer service experience, strong time management, work ethics, and communication skills. The ability to make recommendations and prioritize repairs is essential. Duties include interacting with customers, technicians, and salespersons to sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is performed correctly, researching vehicle history for recommendations, managing customer information, efficiently completing tasks, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements
- High level customer service experience
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Strong work ethics
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record

- Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance
- 2 years of service writing experience
Responsibilities
- Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed
