Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CDK Drive is a plus.
• Luxury automotive dealership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class customer experience from vehicle check-in through vehicle delivery.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding communication and follow-up.
• Accurately document customer concerns and prepare repair orders.
• Clearly explain maintenance recommendations, repair needs, and pricing.
• Provide proactive updates throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate seamlessly with technicians and the parts department to ensure timely repairs.
• Review completed repair orders for accuracy before vehicle delivery.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and empathy.
• Maintain exceptional organization while managing multiple repair orders and client expectations.
• Represent the Porsche brand with integrity and professionalism.
