Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required.
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CDK Drive is a plus.
Luxury automotive dealership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver a first-class customer experience from vehicle check-in through vehicle delivery.
Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding communication and follow-up.
Accurately document customer concerns and prepare repair orders.
Clearly explain maintenance recommendations, repair needs, and pricing.
Provide proactive updates throughout the repair process.
Coordinate seamlessly with technicians and the parts department to ensure timely repairs.
Review completed repair orders for accuracy before vehicle delivery.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and empathy.
Maintain exceptional organization while managing multiple repair orders and client expectations.
Represent the Porsche brand with integrity and professionalism.
