About The Position

Hydraulic Specialty, Inc. is a Minnesota-based, family-owned business with a location in Fridley, seeking a 1st shift Service Advisor. This role requires mechanical aptitude, understanding of diesel repairs and fluid power/hydraulics, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to help where needed. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7 am-5 pm, with approximately 40-60 hours per week.

Requirements

Repair and shop operation knowledge with a strong technical aptitude
Strong communication skills – both verbally and written
Ability to train technicians at varying levels of experience, skillset and learning styles
Able to receive feedback on operations from peers, subordinates and manager and respond in a productive and constructive manner with a focus on solutions
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong computer skills – knowledge of Karmak, a plus
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
