Hydraulic Specialty, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills, hydraulic repair experience, and customer service skills to join their team as a 2nd Shift Hydraulic Service Working Shop Foreman at their Fridley, MN location. Responsibilities

  • Assisting mechanics in locating parts and resolving job-related issues.
  • Managing the night workflow.
  • Assisting walk-in parts customers.
  • Performing routine service repairs on heavy trucks, trailers, and hydraulic components, including diagnostics, circuit issues, and machine shop operations.
  • Diagnosing trouble, disassembling hydraulic components, and examining parts for defects.
  • Communicating customer repair needs and approvals, providing unit updates, and assisting with billing and repair orders.
  • Providing leadership and assistance to mechanics.
  • Ensuring the final work product meets quality standards.
  • Performing related activities that promote the goals of the Organization.
