Responsibilities

Assisting mechanics in locating parts and resolving job-related issues.
Managing the night workflow.
Assisting walk-in parts customers.
Performing routine service repairs on heavy trucks, trailers, and hydraulic components, including diagnostics, circuit issues, and machine shop operations.
Diagnosing trouble, disassembling hydraulic components, and examining parts for defects.
Communicating customer repair needs and approvals, providing unit updates, and assisting with billing and repair orders.
Providing leadership and assistance to mechanics.
Ensuring the final work product meets quality standards.
Performing related activities that promote the goals of the Organization.
