Service Advisor - Construction & Industrial Equipment

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Three years' experience with hydraulic and electrical systems on construction and industrial equipment (preferred).
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with customers through successful management of product or service delivery.
- Track repairs and their causes and process warranties.
- Log customer's requests for repairs and allocate what parts are needed and the time required to make the repair.
- Convey information to both the customer and the service manager in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for managing and sorting customer profile information.
- File details of inquiries and needed parts, pricing, and labor estimates then compile the estimated price for the repairs and the final bill.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers.
