About The Position

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and provide timely, professional service.
Listen to customer inquiries and requests, identify service needs, resolve concerns, and sell additional services when appropriate.
Estimate costs and completion times and settle customer accounts.
Communicate work status to customers.
Coordinate repair activities to ensure work is completed correctly the first time and on time.
Obtain customers’ written approval on repair orders at write-up or when closing additional sales.
Inspect completed repair orders for proper completion, accurate pricing, and legibility.
Meet or exceed add-on sales goals and OEM Customer Satisfaction Index expectations.
Deliver vehicles in perfect condition.
Identify repeat and first-time customers and treat them accordingly.
Contact customers to remind them of service appointments or scheduled maintenance.
Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously and make every effort to satisfy callers’ inquiries.
Document repair order changes.
Review repairs and associated charges with customers to ensure accuracy and avoid surprises.
Promptly address and resolve customer concerns and service follow-up issues.
