About The Position

Go Downtown Kia is hiring an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy Vancouver service team. This opportunity comes available due to the upcoming retirement of a long-tenured team member, giving the right candidate the chance to step into an established desk with strong customer traffic and long-term career potential. The role offers a 4-day work week with 10-hour days, no evening shifts, and a competitive compensation package including salary, commission, and bonus.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
  • Proven ability to build trust and recommend repairs ethically
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and team success

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CDK, PBS, Reynolds, Tekion, or other dealership management systems is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and guide them through the service process
  • Create and manage repair orders
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts departments
