About The Position

As a Service Advisor at Go RV & Marine Leduc, you will be the first point of contact for customers, acting as a trusted guide. You will help customers understand their vehicle needs, keep them informed throughout the service process, and build loyalty. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people, vehicles, and the ability to simplify complex information in a fast-paced, team-driven environment at one of the busiest dealerships.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive service, customer service, or sales
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A calm, professional approach, especially when things get busy
• Passion for vehicles and a desire to keep learning

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process with clear, friendly communication
• Collaborating with technicians to ensure repairs are done right the first time
• Managing service schedules and follow-ups to keep things running smoothly
• Building long-term customer relationships based on trust and reliability
