About The Position

The RV Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for accurately diagnosing customer concerns, coordinating repair orders, communicating with technicians, and ensuring an exceptional service experience from check-in to delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in RV, automotive, marine, or powersports service environments
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to read and interpret repair orders, technical notes, and warranty guidelines
  • Familiarity with service-management software
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, listen to concerns, document issues, and create detailed repair orders.
  • Communicate with technicians to clarify concerns, verify diagnostics, and track repair progress.
  • Prepare and present cost estimates, obtain approvals, and update customers on changes.
  • Provide timely updates on repair status, parts availability, and timelines.
  • Review completed work, verify accuracy, and ensure customer satisfaction at pickup.
  • Submit warranty claims, maintain documentation, and follow manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate service records, repair orders, and customer history.
