Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior service writing experience
  • A Tuesday–Saturday schedule (Saturdays are a must)
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to win in a team environment
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

  • CDK experience is a major plus!

Responsibilities

  • Act as the vital link between our clients and the shop, translating technical needs into clear options
  • Maximize our technicians’ time to meet and exceed sales forecasts
  • Prioritize required services and provide professional recommendations that keep our guests safe on the road
  • Proactively update customers on completion times, expenses, and any changes to ensure zero surprises
  • Ensure every guest walks away with a positive, memorable dealership experience
