About The Position

Requirements

• Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive service management and sales processes.
• Extensive mechanical knowledge across various systems including transmissions, oil changes, brake systems, suspensions, shocks & struts, tire services, diesel engines, and auto body repairs.
• Skilled in automotive diagnostics to accurately identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
• Experience in auto estimating software and service writing to produce detailed invoices and repair orders.
• Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with auto repair procedures such as alignment adjustments, air brake systems, suspension work, tire rotations, and diesel engine repairs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs.
• Clearly communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and service procedures using automotive diagnostics and technical knowledge.
• Manage the entire service process from vehicle intake to delivery, ensuring timely completion of repairs such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmission work, suspension, tire services, and diesel engine repairs.
• Upsell additional services and maintenance packages by highlighting benefits aligned with customer needs, increasing dealership revenue.
• Prepare accurate auto estimates and service writing documentation while maintaining detailed records of work performed.
• Coordinate with technicians and mechanics to prioritize repairs like alignments, shocks & struts, air brake systems, auto body repairs, and other automotive diagnostics.
• Handle cash transactions professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience.
