About The Position

As a Service Advisor at Gwinnett Place Nissan, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in the service lane. This role requires a strong understanding of product offerings, inventory management, technician scheduling, and exceptional customer service. You will guide customers through the repair process, ensuring a positive experience from the initial greeting to the completion of their service. We encourage individuals with prior experience in customer service, retail sales, the restaurant industry, or hospitality to apply, even if new to the automotive field.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective customer service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing additional tasks that enhance the dealership's positive impression.
  • Provide concierge-level support for all customer inquiries, both phone and in-person, to prevent mishandling.
  • Manage the daily schedule of technicians' time to maximize service sales.
  • Efficiently distribute work among technicians.
