About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join the Kendal Hyundai of Nampa Service team. This role is crucial in serving clients and ensuring customer satisfaction within a fast-paced service department. The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for customers, building lifelong relationships and representing Kendall in the service department.

Requirements

High level customer service experience.
Demonstrated time management skills.
Strong work ethics.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers.
Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
2 years of service writing experience in a dealership or independent shop.
A valid driver’s license.
A good driving record.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed.
Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
Inputting and maintaining customer information.
Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers.
Scheduling service appointments.
