About The Position

This is a ground-up opportunity to be part of the opening team for Toyota of Medford, a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility opening in early summer 2026. As a Service Advisor, you will be the trusted link between guests and the service team, helping to shape the culture and set the standards for a high-volume service operation. The role is ideal for experienced Service Advisors or individuals with the right mindset ready to be trained, offering momentum from the start within a modern facility backed by Asbury Automotive Group. Advisors joining early will help define success and be positioned to benefit from it long-term.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Schedule service, maintenance, and recall appointments
  • Greet guests and perform initial vehicle walk-arounds
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and priorities
  • Recommend necessary and preventative services with transparency and care
  • Track each vehicle from check-in through completion
  • Communicate updates clearly and proactively
  • Review completed work to ensure every concern is addressed
  • Support a service experience built on trust, clarity, and consistency
